Vivian Clavel

Vivian Clavel holds a degree in Actuarial Sciences and an Associate’s Degree in the Management Program for Innovation and Financial Technology from the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB) in Spain. With over 30 years of experience in developing technological solutions for the financial services industry, she has led digital and business transformation projects in cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI and Machine Learning) and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), including Blockchain and Ethereum.

For more than 10 years, Vivian has served as Director of Innovation Projects, managing high-performance international teams through hybrid methodologies. Her focus on technological innovation has been key to the success of strategic projects within the financial sector.

In the field of people development and leadership, she is a certified Coach in Leadership Embodiment and Integral Coaching by the New Ventures West program in the USA. She has dedicated 25 years to the training and leadership of global teams, promoting personal and professional growth through coaching and integral leadership.

In addition, she has been a professor in the Master’s Degree in Project Management and Organization at Nebrija University for four years, sharing her experience and knowledge in project management and leadership.
