Fernando Román Aguado

Fernando Román Aguado graduated in Computer Science and Telecommunications and holds a Postgraduate degree in Network and Communications Technology, TCP/IP Networks - Internet from the Gran Colombiano University of Cartagena de Indias, and a Master’s degree in Mobile Communications and Internet from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

He has a professional career of more than 20 years linked to the Internet, technology, and project management.

In the last four years, he has focused on assisting companies in their digital transformation processes by designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions related to Business Services Tools (CRM-ERP), Electronic Commerce Platforms and Services (B2B/B2C), Integration and Communication between Systems and Applications (APIs), Business Process and Systems Automation (BPMN), Data Storage and Exploitation (BI), as well as specific solutions.

As a leader, he is currently dedicated to training future team leaders and project managers, contributing to the development of their skills and transforming their aptitudes towards an Agile approach. He transfers this knowledge by teaching several subjects in the Master’s Degree in Project Management at Nebrija University.

Fernando advocates for continuous training and learning, reading books mainly on technology and business, but also on team management, leadership, and science fiction. Since his bachelor’s degree, he has explored other areas of interest related to methodologies, business, and the development of products and services.

He is certified in Product Owner.
