Specialize with the MBA at Nebrija Business & Technology School
This MBA, aimed at professionals with at least 2 years of post-university work experience, is an intensive postgraduate program that, in a full-time year, combines exhaustive education in business fundamentals (General Management, Marketing, Resources Human Resources, Accounting, Strategy, Logistics and processes) with training in other skills that have become essential in any company and, therefore, inspire our educational strategy. The approach is theoretical-practical: the classes are eminently practical thanks to using the case methodology (Nebrija Business & Technology School uses the cases of Harvard Business School), and the program includes a mandatory internship period in one of the companies with which the university has an agreement.
This program is designed so that our students acquire the competences that, according to the report The Future of Work in Europe 2020, prepared by the consulting firm McKinsey & Co., will be required by jobs in the near future: quantitative and statistical analysis ability, project management, technology management and interpersonal skills..
Today, companies need to hire executives capable of motivating diverse, global workforces who are proficient in technology management. Nebrija's Business & Technology School, with this revised and renewed program in 2022, offers its students the possibility of acquiring these competences thanks to the interaction with professionals with long experience in multinationals such as Metlife, Cepsa and IBM.
The approach is theoretical-practical: the classes are eminently practical thanks to the use of the case methodology (Nebrija Business & Technology School uses the cases of Harvard Business School), and the program includes 150 hours of mandatory internships - and specific for each specialty of the program - in any of the companies with which the university has an agreement and among which are Repsol, Everis, Acciona and Iberdrola, among others.
Optionally, we offer our students the opportunity to complete their experience with a stay at UC Berkeley, included in the price of the face-to-face program (Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship Program + stay), whose MBA is ranked 12th in the Global MBA ranking prepared by the Financial Times magazine.
The result: professionals prepared to carry out the jobs that, according to the classification made by LinkedIn -Jobs On The Rise 2023- will grow the most in Spain: account executive, sales specialist, head of growth, sustainability consultant, business development manager, customer relationship manager and delivery manager.

"Nebrija Business and Technology School, in its continuous improvement process, has integrated technology with business into its program, providing the best of both worlds. It has extensive experience in training managers and executives who are currently adding great value to the companies where they work; the business school also has the drive, hope and enthusiasm that we are all putting into consolidating this new approach and the school as a whole. We want to complement the business fundamentals that remain fully relevant, with the additional knowledge and skills that are necessary to train future leaders in today's environment. I am proud to belong to a faculty dedicated to developing the necessary talent for the digital age, and to a University that strives to achieve a level of excellence through the different programs it offers. "
Professor of Business Strategy and Digital Transformation
"It is exciting to feel the development of Nebrija and, specifically, of its business school, as an institution and its growing prestige, not only nationally but also internationally. The quality and commitment of its students and the excellence of its methods, tools and facilities make it a University of reference. Feeling that I am a part of its project is very enriching and exciting. If I had to define one thing that sets Nebrija apart, it is the balance it has achieved between the research and teaching ability of its Doctors and the experience and professional career of many of its associates. This provides a range of possibilities for its students, points of view and ways of understanding teaching, which represent an intangible and at the same time priceless capital for the development of their professional careers. Training is the greatest capital that a professional must accumulate and the best way to build a successful future and, because of this, Nebrija is the best option."
Professor of Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance / VP South of Europe & General Manager Iberia at Metlife
"In the MBA, in the field of Management Skills and General Management of the company, we focus on the management of complexity, the creation of value, the adaptation of the management function to digital transformations, sustainability and values and the relationship with stakeholders.
Throughout the program, an intense and collaborative learning methodology is developed, which combines hard skills and soft skills. Based on this, students master the tools that allow them to manage the creation of economic value, the definition and articulation of digital business models, the attention to the requirements of the 'corporate' element, and the management of change in organizations. Another educational objective is to know, from a practical point of view, the implementation of the organization model and the business strategy, once an in-depth knowledge of the operation and requirements of the financing models has been acquired. In the long term, the perspective of corporate reputation, sustainability, communication and public affairs as purely managerial functions are the final focus of learning about business.
The MBA benefits from Nebrija's intercultural, humanist and international DNA, where innovation, creativity and diversity are combined with all the program's contents. "
