Luis Fernández de Santos

Luis Fernández de Santos graduated in Building Engineering from the European University of Madrid and holds several master’s degrees, including one in Project Management from Nebrija University and another in BIM methodology for Architecture and Civil Works from EsBim. Additionally, he has accreditations in Scrum-Agile Project Management and BIM methodologies for project management.

Since 2022, Luis has been a teacher at Antonio de Nebrija University. In the professional field, he has over 10 years of experience managing civil works infrastructure projects, particularly in public transport. Currently, he works at Metro de Madrid, where he is responsible for directing and managing projects through various phases, from projection to execution and monitoring.

Among his most notable recent projects are collaborations on the project and execution teams for lines 3 and 11 of the Madrid Metro, as well as the consolidation of the infrastructure on line 7. His professional approach combines solid academic training with extensive practical experience, allowing him to provide significant value both in the classroom and in the professional field. His goal is to facilitate experiential learning, enabling students and professionals to understand the applicability of the content in real situations.
