Elena Álvarez García

Elena Álvarez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and an EX-MBA from IE Business School. She has a solid track record in Project and Program Development and Management, consistently meeting established objectives. She is certified as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Kanban.

Throughout her career, Elena has led multidisciplinary and distributed teams of more than 250 professionals in various international locations, assuming not only operational responsibility but also commercial responsibility as Key Account Manager, as well as economic supervision, reporting to management and strategic definition at operational and commercial levels.

Currently, she has focused her career on business development in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. As a partner at DAMA, she collaborates in presentations that promote the transformation of organizations towards a data-driven model and the importance of ethics in AI. This experience has given her a comprehensive vision of the discipline, especially in areas of planning and key competences for project managers.

She combines the management of the Master’s Degree in Project Management and Organization at Nebrija University with her role in a consultancy firm, where she leads business development in the data life cycle for different clients.
