Mario Coquillat de Travesedo

Mario Coquillat de Travesedo is a civil engineer with a solid track record in project and risk management. He has been certified as a PMP® (Project Management Professional) since 2011, PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) since 2014, and DASSM (Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master) since 2020. He has led Project Management Offices (PMO) in sectors such as energy and aeronautics, integrating advanced practices like Earned Value Analysis (EVM), Agile, and risk management.

Mario has extensive experience as a trainer and speaker in project management and has served as the Past Vice President of the PMI Madrid Spain Chapter. He is also a co-author of the first online course in Spanish for the PMI-RMP® certification and has collaborated as an expert in developing the ISO 21508 standard on EVM.

He has published several articles related to the integration of Agile and EVM, learning in project management, and lessons learned in risk management. His academic and professional experience positions him as a reference in the discipline of project management, combining his extensive experience with a strong teaching vocation.
